Hilton Brother To Pay $4.9m to His Drunk Driving’s Victim Posted: 16 Jul 2011 11:29 AM PDT Paris Hilton’s younger brother Barron Hilton was ordered by court of California to pay 4.9 million $ almost to gas station’s employee. Barron Hilton accidently hit Malibu Gas Station’s attendant in febraury 2008.Attendant’s name is Fernando Mendoza Tellez.Barron was 18 years old in 2008 and he according to reports , he was driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Investigation also show that he was driving car around malibu and he is involved in another accident with a car on same day. Obeying Court’s order now Hilton has to pay 4.89 million $ to gas station attendant and this penalty is for pain, medical expenses and loss of income during wasted time due to accident.
